Managing Partner - Richard Anthony

Having traveled extensively for over 10 years Richard now calls Phuket home bringing an eclectic mix of influences and styles.

Working in some of Londons and Sydneys most established restaurants serving everyone from David Beckam, Bono & Bill Gates allowing him to gain valuable knowledge on food, beverage, service and management practices.

His aim is to create a casual relaxed restaurant with excellent creative food, friendly service set in a funky setting. A jack of all trades Richard assists with all menus, design, decor & management of Rockfish and has aspirations to open up more restaurants in the future.

Head Chef - Pui

Pui has worked at Rockfish for over 4 years and has worked her way through the ranks to become a very talented chef with an amazing sense of taste especially for the fine balance of Thai food, sweet, bitter, sour, salty & spicy. Try her Tom Yum Goong to fully appreciate her cooking and complex flavours of Thai cuisine.

Pui works closely with Richard on all aspects of the kitchen including training, menu implementation and day to day runnings making her a huge asset for Rockfish.
General manager - Jang

Jang has worked at Rockfish for almost 4 years and is the ears and eyes of the restaurant assisting in HR, marketing and hostess in the evening. She speaks excellent English and understands western tastes and culture helping create the blend of Asian and western style throughout the restaurant.
Accounts Manager - Gan

Having worked in accounting previous to Rockfish, she wanted a change and started as a waitress understanding the in and outs of restaurants then moved back into accounting. Gan’s  role as accountant, purchasing manager and general management makes the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently for all staff and management.
